These curses are terrible things. I have heard it said before, but I didn't listen then. Now I am wiser, and I will count my blessings that my- my physical losses only tally up to a sleepless night. If I've similarly disturbed the rest of others, I apologize. If I acted unlike myself during those intrusions, I apologize. It was not my intention.

Head reeling from the impossibility, Rao whips out her prayer slips from within her cleavage.]

I'm beginning to get used to this place. A heartfelt thank you to all who have given me assistance. Warden, the guide you sent me was immeasurably helpful. Tsubaki and Watanuki, your directions were great; I found the Cathedral and the graveyard without any problems. Such beautiful, peaceful places too. The stone markers there reminded me of the ones beside the Ankoku Temple Bell back home.

Oh, home. What a painfully sweet word. Will I ever see my temple or my coast again? I wouldn't even mind Sei'an, cursed as it is. And I am needed there. But stuck here, for now at least. Where there's a will, there's a way, and I know I'm sure to find it if I keep looking...! I've managed to acquire some accommodations, but there still remains the issue of paying for rent and food. I clearly need to become employed.

I'm not sure if anyone is in need of them at this time, but these are the services I can offer; as a priestess, I'm able to dispel curses, exorcise evil spirits, and generally banish dark forces. I am also well-trained in martial arts, so perhaps if someone is looking for a teacher... Before I came here, I was a regent appointed personally by my queen and I governed an entire city in the middle of a crisis.
